Bill Dell along with his wife Patty and son Ryan opened up the Deli in February of 2016. Together the three owners gave the business a complete facelift and have transitioned it into the “Cheers” of Greece. Dell’s Market & Deli is not your typical convenience store, it is a place where many people from the neighborhood come in for great food, beverages and friendly service.

Bill started working in the food business at an early age at Lipani’s Bakery followed by 30 years helping to run the Deli Departments at Wegmans. The food you get from Dells Market today benefits from over 40 years in the industry. Bill insists everything is made fresh in-house from their homemade soups and salads to their incredible breakfast sandwiches and their hot and cold subs. They offer many family recipes and quality customer service.

Patty brings the financial expertise to the shop with her background as the Chief Finance Officer for Encompass Resource. She not only handles the books but she always provides the warm and friendly smile greeting customers.

After high school at Greece Athena, Ryan opened up a Papa John’s Pizza franchise. Today he helps run the day-to-day operations at the Deli. Bill, Patty and Ryan all live in Greece and are actively involved in the community.

Keeping it in the family, Bill’s sister Margie runs the catering operation while making the best subs in town. She will always go the extra mile to ensure your next event is a special one.
